Shipping Policy

UK and International Shipments

Carrier: We exclusively use DHL for all shipments within the United Kingdom and for international deliveries.
Delivery Times: Please allow 3 - 11 days for your order to arrive. The delivery timeframe begins from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and depends on the destination.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information, allowing you to follow the progress of your shipment directly on the DHL website.
Customs and Import Duties: For international orders, please be aware that your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Flag Clothing T/A Richard James cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
US Shipments

Carrier: All shipments to the United States are made using FedEx.
Delivery Times: Deliveries to the US take 3 - 11 days, depending on the destination. As with all our shipments, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery's progress.

Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has shipped. You can track your order on the FedEx website to see the status of your delivery.
General Shipping Information

Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM, on the weekend, or on a public holiday will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method chosen, the weight of the product, and the destination of the order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before the completion of your purchase.

Address Information: Please ensure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
